Joseph Sabella, the Broker of Record for RealPro100 LLC, is leading this initiative.  

He began his real estate career in 1985 with an independent real estate company on Long Island. By 1987, he joined a national firm, where he quickly excelled, earning top awards for listing and production. Between 1989 and 1996, Joe successfully managed two offices, fostering growth and prosperity for both himself and his associates.

Joe is a visionary.  Using his experience as a broker, he designed and implemented web-based products to help other brokers locate the best agents to recruit.  His success motivated others to follow suit leading to many of the products used in the industry today.

Joe realized that after the NAR settlement major changes were on the way.  He decided to develop a product that would not only fit the agents needs but the broker as well.  Agents receive the benefit of no fees and dues and the broker has a safe place to park licenses while still receiving the benefit of the business their agents produce without the overhead costs to house their license. A Win-Win for all.
